Showcase of Work
Here you will find a collection of my work that was completed during my MAED (Master of Arts in Education) program at Michigan State University. These were assignments that were associated with specific classes I took, but outline aspects of the classes that I still find quite useful in my teaching today.

I have separated these works into three separate categories:

-
Classroom Management: Any teacher can tell you that managing a classroom is not always easy. There were several classes I took that helped build the classroom manager I am today. In the section you will find documents outlining my classroom management plans as well as a view on technology in the classroom.

-
Literacy: Reading and writing are the foundations to many critical aspects of learning. Third grade is a BIG year when it comes to developing these skills, and I found my work in a couple of my MAED classes to be very helpful in preparing me for this step.

-
Teacher Leader: For me, being a teacher is about much more than teaching the students in my classroom. I think it's so important for teachers to create a community of learning from each other - we all have so much experience to share! In this section, you will find examples of workshops and case studies I used to develop my skills as a leader.
